The first edition of FestiArts at Chateaudun this weekend

Choreography is as familiar as the back of your hand. Underneath the music festival sign this evening, the event, performed by the Hama Space Urban dance troupe, in the parking lot of the “Le Soror’s Dunois” social center, sounds like a final rehearsal. The association will perform again on Sunday, this time in the parking lot of Beauvoir Stadium, to close the Fest’Arts. Behind the project is Stephanie Vermiganon, who is none other than the president of Hama Space Urban.

Intergenerational phenomena

The festival, centered on street art, was designed entirely by dance teachers. Subsidies of up to 15,000 euros from the city and a “challenge” have been made possible by the support provided by Hama Space Urban volunteers. Stephanie Vermiganon added that the festival “goes beyond dancing”, her passion.

“I wanted Festi’arts to talk to as many people as possible. I wanted to target neighborhoods with very little activity. The city is full of seniors, so I wanted to create an intergenerational event where young and old could come and have a good time. Time. “
